When I started working with Kim, I was exhausted, frustrated, and unsatisfied with my health. I knew there was more inside me, but I didn’t feel clear on how to access it anymore.

Twelve weeks later, I’m 30 pounds lighter—and the change goes far beyond the scale.

I’m mentally clearer, emotionally stronger, and grounded in a daily practice of gratitude and joy, even while navigating the hard things that life brings.

Today, I’m enjoying retirement after 30 years of teaching. I hike regularly in the mountains of Southern Oregon, take pool classes and strength train at my local YMCA, read and write more, and volunteer at the school where I used to teach—just for the fun parts. I show up, enjoy the kids, and go home energized instead of depleted.

I’m also caring for my 88-year-old dad and grieving the loss of my mom, who passed away from cancer less than a year ago. Through all of this, Live Healthy has helped me stay steady, supported, and connected to what matters most.

One of the biggest surprises has been how sustainable this feels. I love cooking, and Kim’s recipes are simple, flexible, and genuinely delicious. My partner and I enjoy the meals together and adjust them to our tastes while staying within the plan.
