1) I feared that I would fail or be unable to sustain a weight loss ever before, so I was thinking “why or how would this time be different “?
2) I had never had the support of an amazing “life” coach, who helped me to understand the connections/interrelationships between gut health, blood sugar, weight loss, motion, and mindset. Additionally, I had never had a partner with whom I could share every step of this process. As we continued to lose weight, have much better blood work, and overall just felt rejuvenated and redirected, we began to realize that we were “ actually doing this”.
