The Live Healthy way of eating is the best present I could ever have given myself! The concept of maintaining traction and just getting right back into a healthy way of eating after a big holiday get-together has been so important to me. I feel so much more empowered and in control of my eating habits. Besides losing weight, one of the biggest changes I noticed is how my mood swings have settled down and I seem to be in a calmer place. I am much more aware of how my body reacts to poor food choices. The texting program with Kim has really helped because I feel a level of accountability still and it is a great transition to being ready to handle this on my own. It has been particularly helpful during the holiday season. It has helped me stay focused and dialed in. There have been several events I have gone to where I know my eating patterns have changed. I still am enjoying some of the treats but in a much more mindful manner. I know I can wake up in the morning and jump right back into eating in a healthy way and not have a huge weight gain and then just want to give up.
